We're seeking an experienced Factory Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise production staff
- Ensure production targets are met on time
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment
- Manage inventory and logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of production planning and control
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
