Job Description

Position Title: HR Executive

Location: Taloja

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee all HR-related activities at the factory, ensuring compliance with

labor laws, smooth workforce management, employee welfare, and alignment with company

policies. Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a productive,

compliant, and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

• Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, ESIC, PF, Shops &

Establishments, Contract Labour Act, etc.

• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and liaise with government authorities.

• Handle factory inspections and audits related to HR & labor compliance.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

• Oversee attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and overtime records.

• Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing, statutory deductions, and

reimbursements.

• Handling employee benefits such as LTA, Loan, Mediclaim & Insurance - claim

settlement, Advance (Salary & Bonus).

• Exit Clearance of NOC, Exit Interview , Full and Final settlement of dues.

• Retainership Payments

• OHC management

• Employee Welfare Trust payments

• Increment cycle & letters and Confirmation cycle

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address grievances of workers, operators, and staff in a timely manner.

• Drive employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and HR agendas

(Nominations ,and Pulse survey)

4. Training & Development

• Conduct regular policy trainings and compliance training (Safety, POSH, Disciplinary,

etc.).

• Maintain training records as per audit/ISO requirements.

6. Health, Safety & Welfare

• Conduct Half Early Health Check up

7. Performance Management & Discipline

• Support appraisal processes for staff and operators.

• Manage disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and grievance redressal.

• Monitor absenteeism and take corrective actions.

8. HR Reporting & Administration

• Prepare HR dashboards (Manpower, absenteeism, violations, attrition, overtime,

etc.).

• MIS : Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR

• 2–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing setup).

• Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and contract labor management is

essential.

• Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations at plant level.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, factory laws, and compliance.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving ability and conflict management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
