We are looking for Plant HR Leader at DGM/GM Level for our manufacturing unit at Dhrangadhra, Gujarat. Person will be responsible for HR and IR for 750+ manpower at plant location and work closely with leadership team to manage plant HR and IR activities.
- Guide the Plant team and ensure compliance of legal, statutory, regulatory requirements
- Ensure validity of all licenses and certificates (Statutory, Legal and other requirements)
- Ensure smooth liaisioning with all government officials / offices
