Should have worked in Operation,Process engineering & Technical services dept, well exposed to chemical engg practices & Chemical engg process calculations.
Well exposed to Technical audit of all inputs including Energy inputs & development in Energy conservation area.
Conversant with Process Engg economics & exposed to all development related to industry. Should be able to handle.
Maintenance Engg service, Environment related activities. CRP( Cost reduction programme) is a regular activity & would be able to identify the weak area & implement the same to reduce the cost.
Exposed to Feasibility studies related to new project & modernisation of existing facilities. Benchmarking of norms & other related expenses & work towards achieving the same on par with best in the related industry.
Preparation of Full Technical budget both Revenue & capital related with necessary justification. Should have worked in a major project from concept to commercial stages & would be able to associate with Technology supplier,& Detailed engg consultants & vendors.
Precommissioning & commissioning of new project or expansion is part of the job. Should provide Leadership to the group of Engineers & their Training & Dev of the team is part of the activity.
Exposed to all development happening in the industry related with interaction with other similar industries.
Must be conversant with working in digital environment. Daily process tech.data analytics & MIS -regular, Cost benefit analysis for heat & mass balance for boiler/power house & SA process. Project planning & execution
