Plan, develop and introduce chemical processes &
technologies for new (launch) and existing (optimization)
products in accordance with EHS standards & regulations
and apply state-of-the-art processes & technologies.
Lead development projects from project start to plant
introduction (documentation, SOP, Risk Analysis, training,
troubleshooting)
Designs product related developments and optimizations
(Quality, Costs, EHS).
Is responsible for the execution and controlling chemical
process-related EHS legal and corporate guidelines.
Leads a process development team.
PhD in Chemistry with at least 3 - 5 years, or MSc in
Chemistry with at least 5 -10-year experience or comparable
education/experience, preferably in production under (pre-)GMP conditions.
Know-how/skills:
Familiar with systematic methods of risk identification and its evaluation, i.e.
HAZOP
Familiar with working in an international environment
Fluently English, written and oral
