About Us

ACME Machinery is a leading manufacturer of corrugated box-making machinery with a strong footprint across India and international markets. We're expanding and looking for a smart, proactive Factory Administrator to support our factory operations. If you’re passionate about industrial machines, skilled in Excel, Word, and other computer tools, and eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily inventory logs and production schedules.

• Create and manage invoices, delivery challans, and shipping/logistics documents.

• Assist in quotations, purchase orders, and basic costing reports.

• Enter operational data into company ERP and Excel-based systems accurately.

• Coordinate with dispatch and vendors for smooth logistics.

• Support during internal and external audits and inspections.

• Solve day-to-day operational issues and make timely decisions when required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in factory admin, operations, or similar roles.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email platforms.

• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

• Quick learner, efficient with multitasking, and good at time management.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, on-site role (6 days/week)

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and skill)

• Performance-based incentives after probation
