Job Description :
Are you a highly organized, decisive, and experienced administrator ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic garment manufacturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Factory Administration Manager to oversee all non-production operational aspects of our facility and ensure efficiency, compliance, and control.
Key Responsibilities:
The Factory Administration Manager will be the lynchpin connecting production operations with essential administrative functions, with primary duties including:
* General Administration: Oversee all day-to-day office and factory administrative functions.
* Overhead & Cost Control: Rigorous monitoring and control of factory overhead expenses to optimize profitability.
* Manpower Management: Strategic planning, deployment, and management of non-production staff.
* Compliance: Ensuring the factory adheres to all local, state, and national labor, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Security & Pilferage Control: Implementing and managing robust security protocols and systems to prevent theft and losses.
* Discipline: Maintaining and enforcing factory discipline and codes of conduct among all personnel.
* Inventory Control: Supervising and managing non-raw material inventory (e.g., spares, consumables) and supporting raw material/finished goods checks.
* Factory & Production Accounts: Overseeing daily factory accounts, preparing production cost reports, and coordinating with the central finance team.
* Reporting & Coordination: Generating accurate operational reports and maintaining seamless coordination with the GM Production to support manufacturing schedules.
* HR Related Decisions: Assisting in factory-level HR functions, including recruitment, performance reviews, and grievance handling, in consultation with the HR department.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, safety standards, and factory compliance norms.
* Skills:
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel is mandatory) and exposure to an ERP/Accounting system.
* High degree of integrity and decisiveness in handling sensitive matters like security and discipline.
* Added Requirement: Demonstrated capability in process improvement and implementing best administrative practices.
