Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory Admin Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations at our factory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling housekeeping, canteen management, facility upkeep, worker support services, transport coordination, and general administration in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Housekeeping Management: Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all factory premises including shop floors, washrooms, and common areas. Prepare and manage daily/weekly housekeeping rosters. Maintain stock of cleaning materials and monitor their usage. Coordinate with vendors for deep cleaning, pest control, and sanitation services. 2. Canteen Management: Oversee daily operations of the factory canteen, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely service. Coordinate with food vendors for menu planning, feedback resolution, and service improvement. Manage canteen supplies and vendor payments. 3. Facility Management: Ensure upkeep and maintenance of factory infrastructure (lighting, sanitation, plumbing, etc.). Coordinate with service providers for repair and maintenance work. Maintain records of utilities and ensure uninterrupted facility services. 4. Worker Management Support: Assist in managing worker shifts, attendance, and basic welfare requirements (e.g., drinking water, restrooms, uniforms). Act as a point of contact for facility-related concerns of factory workers. Support supervisors in administrative coordination related to floor-level needs. 5. Transport Arrangements: Arrange daily staff and worker transport facilities. Coordinate with transport vendors to ensure timely pick-up/drop services. Maintain transport logs, schedules, and vehicle condition checks. 6. Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day office errands such as courier services, documentation, and stationery procurement. Assist in event arrangements, external visits, or inspections. Manage gate passes, visitor records, and general factory-level compliance documents. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma or certification in Industrial or Facility Management preferred). 1–3 years of experience in factory or plant administration. Strong organizational and team supervision skills. Excellent communication and vendor handling capabilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory/record keeping.
