The company currently operates with a dedicated team of over 400 employees and follows a 6-day working week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all functions of business finance, financial planning, controllership, and investor relations.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
• Ensure financial health and profitability of the business while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Effectively engage with stakeholders and drive strong financial communication across teams.
• Demonstrate agility, ownership, and a positive attitude in a dynamic and evolving business environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 12 years in finance roles, preferably in the Consumer, FMCG, or Retail sectors.

• Education:

  Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, Strategic thinking with hands-on financial expertise
