Job Description

Position: Facility Manager

Company: Vcare Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Delhi NCR Gurgaon & Noida

Job Summary:

Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end facility management services

    across assigned client locations.
  • Supervise

    client sites

    and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and operational standards.
  • Oversee

    housekeeping operations

    , including staff deployment, supervision, and quality control.
  • Conduct

    training and induction

    programs for housekeeping and facility staff.
  • Handle

    manpower sourcing

    , deployment, scheduling, and attendance management.
  • Maintain

    attendance records

    , duty rosters, and workforce-related MIS.
  • Ensure effective

    client coordination

    , grievance handling, and service satisfaction.
  • Manage

    vendors, dealers, and suppliers

    , including rate negotiations and service coordination.
  • Handle

    procurement

    , inventory control, and

    store management

    at site level.
  • Ensure maintenance and verification of

    KYC documentation

    for manpower and vendors.
  • Conduct

    internal audits

    , inspections, and quality checks to maintain service standards.
  • Prepare and submit

    MIS reports

    , operational reports, and performance data.
  • Manage

    budget planning, cost control, and negotiations

    with vendors and service partners.
  • Handle

    billing reports

    , invoice verification, and coordination with accounts team.
  • Experience in facilities such as

    malls, plazas, multiplexes (Cinepolis, PVR, INOX), retail chains (Max, etc.)

    , and commercial establishments will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    facility management and housekeeping operations

  • Excellent

    client handling and coordination

    skills
  • Expertise in

    manpower, vendor, and procurement management

  • Proficiency in

    MIS preparation, billing, and reporting

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel across multiple client sites in Delhi NCR

Experience & Qualification:

  • 3-6 years

    of relevant experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping Operations
  • Experience handling

    large commercial, retail, or multiplex facilities

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Facility Management preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

  • 30,000- 35,000 (In-hand)

  • PF applicable

  • Field travelling allowances

  • Other benefits as per company policy
