Role Overview: As an Administrative Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. Your responsibilities will include office management, vendor management, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will be instrumental in implementing company policies, procedures, and best practices related to facilities management, health & safety regulations, and operational protocols. Your role will also involve negotiating contracts, managing relationships with service providers, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in day-to-day operations of the administrative department - Support policy implementation related to facilities management, health & safety regulations, and operational protocols - Help in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards - Support the planning and management of company facilities, including space allocation, maintenance, and security operations - Ensure compliance with all legal and safety requirements across office facilities and administrative operations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, and Finance to support business operations - Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver on administrative commitments - Work on creating a system of procurement with checks and balances Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Operations, or a related field - Demonstrated academic excellence is mandatory Company Details (if provided): N/A Role Overview: As an Administrative Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
