Project ManagementAssess, procure, and manage small projects specific to the Operations Department, as agreed upon with the Project Team.

Customer InterfaceAct as a key interface between the Estates departments customers and contracted service providers on a day-to-day basis.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs):o Develop and maintain a service charter and service level agreement to monitor critical elements of the facilities management (FM) service.o Regularly monitor and report on SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), both internally and externally.o Track risks and rewards mechanisms associated with service delivery.

Supply Partners and Contractors:o Monitor supply partners and contractors service delivery and customer interactions.o Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties.

Financial ManagementTrack and report financial performance to ensure services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels.
