Location: RanchiAre you someone who can keep operations running like clockwork? We're looking for a proactive person to lead day-to-day maintenance, infrastructure upkeep, and vendor coordination at our facility. What You'll Do: Maintain ACs, DG sets, RO systems, UPS, CCTVs & fire safety systems Oversee classroom infrasmart boards, seating, lighting, IT assets Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Ensure compliance with safety SOPs & emergency protocols Manage third-party vendorshousekeeping, security, etc. Track diesel, electricity, HVAC usage & optimize for cost Handle stock, procurement & asset tagging Maintain documentation, reports & compliance records Collaborate with regional admin teams for smooth operations Qualification: BTech / Diploma in Electrical or Facility Management preferred.
