Role Summary: Facility Manager We are looking for a passionate, people-first Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our housing society. In this role, you will ensure a safe, clean, compliant, and resident-friendly environment by managing: Maintenance of infrastructure and equipment Security and access control Housekeeping and sanitation standards Landscaping and outdoor upkeep Utilities and energy management Vendor coordination and contract compliance Resident communication and issue resolution You will serve as the single point of contact for all facility operations, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a high-quality living experience for all residents. ✅ Interview Date: 21st December ✅ Time: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
