Role & responsibilities :-
1. Ensure overall maintenance and management of the site operations.
2. Interact and co-ordinate with client representatives.
3. Crisis management.
4. Identify avenues for cost control and implement the same.
5. Lead a team of Assistant Managers / Shift In-charge and other site personnel and allocate shifts (wherever applicable).
6. Co-ordinate and control vendor personnel.
7. Selection, induction and training of new recruits at the site.
8. Maintenance of site records and funds management.
9. Submit site reports on a weekly basis to the Core Team.
10. Adhere to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
11. Need to handle multiple site.
12. Responsible for Managing Site Profitability.
