Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services
Monitor the performance of vendors and service staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and SLAs
Conduct regular inspections and facility audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and upkeep of infrastructure
Oversee AMC schedules, equipment servicing, and timely resolution of facility-related issues
Support in managing transport coordination, seating arrangements, and office supplies
Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations, including fire drills, first-aid kits, and access controls
Handle administrative documentation such as vendor bills, daily reports, and incident logs
Escalate any unresolved facility issues to the Facility Manager promptly
