Job Description

You are looking for a proactive and experienced facility supervisor to manage the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of school facilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, procurement processes, coordinating with contractors and vendors, implementing sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with school administration for events and activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field, along with a Diploma in Civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering. You must have proven experience in facility management, preferably in an educational setting, and be familiar with building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards.,
