Facilities Supervisor

Job Role / Responsibilities: The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of office or site facilities. This includes supervising housekeeping, repair and maintenance, vendor coordination, utility management, and ensuring that the workplace environment is safe, clean, and functional for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the premises. Monitor routine maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility-related services (AMC, pest control, lift maintenance, etc.). Ensure timely repair and upkeep of office equipment, furniture, and utility systems. Manage facility stock and inventory like cleaning materials, maintenance tools, and safety supplies. Maintain records for maintenance schedules, service calls, and compliance checklists. Monitor proper waste disposal, fire safety measures, and emergency readiness. Handle petty cash related to facility operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
