Job Description

Role Overview: As a Housekeeping and Maintenance Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the housekeeping staff maintains high cleanliness standards throughout the residence. You will also be in charge of overseeing pest control, gardening, AC maintenance, kitchen upkeep, pet care, car maintenance, general maintenance tasks, laundry management, and various administrative duties. Your proactive approach in managing and coordinating these areas will contribute to the smooth functioning of the household. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure thorough cleaning of the house, including sweeping, swabbing, dusting, and bathroom sanitation - Schedule and oversee deep cleaning sessions to maintain a pristine living environment - Monitor the pest control vendor's performance to ensure effective pest management - Coordinate with the gardener to maintain the garden's appearance, replace wilting plants, and rotate plants as needed - Ensure timely servicing of air conditioning units and prompt resolution of any malfunctions - Maintain a well-stocked pantry and fridge, ensure kitchen appliances are in good working condition, and promptly address any repair or service requirements - Arrange spa and vet visits for pets as needed, oversee proper care by home staff, and maintain their well-being - Manage regular servicing and fueling of cars, promptly address any repair needs, and uphold vehicle maintenance standards - Monitor home staff's adherence to duty timings, appearance, and cleanliness standards - Oversee general maintenance tasks such as chamber cleaning, water tank cleaning, kitchen drainage cleaning, and timely repairs of electrical and bathroom fixtures - Coordinate laundry management including providing proper instructions and ensuring items are returned undamaged - Fulfill administrative duties like ordering flowers, supervising staff tasks, coordinating airport pickups and drops, and managing staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage at all times Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in housekeeping and maintenance supervision roles - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Good communication skills to interact with vendors, staff, and household members - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules - Full-time availability with a day shift schedule for in-person work (Note: Any additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
