Facilities Coordinator

Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day building operations (housekeeping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pest control, etc.).
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Ensure availability of utilities (power, water, HVAC, etc.) with minimal downtime.

Vendor & Contract Management

• Liaise with vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
• Monitor SLA compliance of outsourced service providers.
• Process work orders, invoices, and contracts.

Workplace Support

• Coordinate seating arrangements, space management, and office moves.
• Manage pantry, cafeteria, and other employee amenities.
• Handle facility-related helpdesk tickets.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure statutory compliance (fire safety, electrical safety, licenses, etc.).
• Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
• Maintain records of safety equipment and certifications.

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain facility documentation, asset inventory, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports on facility performance.
• Support budget planning and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities coordination/management.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM/Facility Management Software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
