Facilities Coordinator

**Role Overview:** As a Facilities Coordinator at MicroSourcing, your main responsibility is to provide assistance to the Facilities Manager. This includes accurately and timely processing of invoicing, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and submitting and following up on work orders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Maintenance and Repairs:** - Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and ensure timely completion of reactive works. - Coordinate with staff, vendors, and contractors to address issues. - Receive, manage, and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. - **Administration:** - Daily processing of invoices. - Monthly invoice reconciliation. - Follow up on late invoices to ensure processing within the accounting period is achieved. - Compilation of energy usage across the facilities. - **Safety Compliance:** - Review and filing of compliance documentation in line with Australian standards. - Analysis of completion to identify shortfalls/risk to the business. - Coordinate required training with sites in conjunction with relevant companies. - **Financial Controls:** - Release work orders in line with financial limits. - Approval of minor spend as required to ensure timely completion of works. - Quote compilation and data entry for Facilities Manager review. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in facilities management or a related field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of safety compliance standards. - Proficiency in financial controls and invoice processing. **About MicroSourcing:** MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers.
