Facilities Coordinator

Role Overview: As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of facility tasks and work orders. This role falls under the Facilities Management functional area, concentrating on overseeing the operations of a group of assets and providing essential support to Property Managers regarding repairs and investment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting formats. - Acknowledge client inquiries and manage work order submissions. - Compile information reports to assess performance and progress status. - File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors. - Supervise external activities like waste disposal and recycling outside the building. - Handle instructions, short correspondence, and memos, seeking clarification when needed. - Address common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. - Utilize established procedures to resolve straightforward problems with limited discretion. - Perform duties with clearly defined methods and tasks, following detailed descriptions. - Produce output by adhering to defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Qualifications Required: - High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant job experience. - Proficiency in following basic work routines and standards. - Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational abilities coupled with a curious mindset. - Basic math skills including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.,
