About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Expert with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong performance marketing background and a data-first mindset to optimize ROI and achieve growth targets. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis. Monitor daily performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.). Stay updated with industry trends and platform algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive. Manage advertising budgets and forecast monthly spends to align with business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven experience in paid marketing or performance marketing roles. Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics, bidding strategies, and attribution models. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B performance marketing. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar.
