Experience: Proven work experience of 5 to 6 years in Marketing, preferably retail marketing / brand execution / store branding (fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry) Qualification: Graduate / MBA Marketing Key Responsibilities : Campaign Execution & Coordination Lead the execution of 360 offline campaigns including sales, festive activations, and new collection launches Oversee production and dispatch of marketing materials like standees, signage, merchandise kits, event branding Coordinate with creative, VM, and ops teams to ensure timely execution Store Marketing & Launches Manage end-to-end new store launch branding including external facade, in-store communication, and window displays Handle mall coordination for branding permissions, activations, and visibility zones Support multichannel regional campaigns through close collaboration with zonal teams Vendor Management Brief vendors for print, fabrication, logistics, merchandise, and POS material Negotiate costs, approve samples, monitor quality, and ensure on-time dispatch across India Handle billing coordination and closure with finance, creation of purchase order and maintaining tack of Next, WIP and open task to maintain an internal MIS. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with Retail Operations, Finance, VM, and Design teams for alignment on timelines, budgeting, and execution Maintain detailed trackers for campaigns, deliveries, and zone-wise reporting Troubleshoot on-ground execution challenges and provide solutions in real-time Negotiate with media vendors, create and present media approach and plan for approval. Functional Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting Strong hands-on experience in vendor co-ordination, production tracking and multi-store rollouts Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders across zones Willingness to travel occasionally for store openings or campaign setup Proficient in Google and meta marketing platforms Analytical bent of mind to analyse campaign performance and present insights Understanding of OOH Media execution and mall activation and branding Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
