Social Media Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics).
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong online community engagement.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions).
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in social media marketing/digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
• Experience in running paid ad campaigns and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
