About the Role:

creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging and visually appealing content — including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize content strategy
Manage Online Reputation by responding promptly to comments, reviews, and inquiries to build strong community engagement
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions)
Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging
Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media
, or a related field
3–10 years
of experience in
Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
Hands-on experience with design and content tools (Canva, Photoshop, basic video editing, etc.)
Proven experience in running
paid ad campaigns
and driving
lead generation
Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills
