Job Description The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, generate leads/bookings, and enhance brand awareness across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, content, and influencer marketing). Manage company’s online presence across all platforms including website, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. to maximize ROI. Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic traffic. Manage and analyze performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare monthly reports. Oversee content creation (blogs, creatives, videos, reels, stories) and maintain brand voice and consistency. Collaborate with sales and reservations team to drive online bookings and conversions. Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and suggest improvements. Manage online reputation by monitoring and responding to reviews across OTA platforms (Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Google Reviews, etc.). Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and/or digital marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Experience: 5–7 years
