Job Description

The Corporate Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets, identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and lead a sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Promote hotel offerings, packages, and promotions effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in B2B and B2C marketing & sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Candidate must be based in Nagpur.


Salary

  • ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on experience).
  • Cell phone reimbursement.

Work Location

  • Nagpur.
