As a Web & Social Media Executive at our team in Baner, Pune, you will be responsible for developing high-converting landing pages, managing digital marketing campaigns, and creating engaging social media content. This role demands a unique combination of technical proficiency, marketing expertise, and creative storytelling abilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing visually appealing landing pages using WordPress, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience. - Creating and optimizing Instagram Reels and short-form videos with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut to captivate the audience. - Designing eye-catching graphics for websites and social media platforms using Canva, Photoshop, and Figma to ensure brand consistency. - Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions. - Analyzing ad performance metrics to refine strategies for improved reach, engagement, and ROI. - Ensuring website performance and SEO-friendliness through mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and user experience enhancements. - Keeping abreast of the latest trends in social media, web development, and digital marketing to stay ahead in the digital landscape. - Collaborating with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns that yield results and establish a robust brand presence. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills: - Proficiency in landing page development with WordPress, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Hands-on experience in creating Instagram Reels and video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut. - Strong design skills utilizing Canva, Photoshop, and Figma. - Experience in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads for business growth. - Understanding of SEO, website optimization, and UX/UI principles to enhance user engagement. - Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and aesthetics. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
