  • Key Requirement for the Position


    Experience: 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads campaign management; agency experience preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Analytics.Hands-on experience with Pixel setup, CAPI integration, and event tracking.Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement optimizations.Creative Mindset: Understanding of ad creative performance, visuals, and messaging.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client and internal reporting.Certifications: Facebook Blueprint Certification is a plus.


  • Campaign Strategy & SetupDevelop and implement paid social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.Set up campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.Create and manage ad sets, targeting options, placements, and budget allocation.Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and copy tailored for different audience segments.Campaign Optimization & ManagementMonitor campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversions) are achieved.Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing.Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies to maximize performance.Ensure accurate tracking of conversions using Facebook Pixel, CAPI (Conversions API), and custom events.Analytics & ReportingGenerate and analyze performance reports using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Communicate campaign results and strategic updates to clients and internal teams.Collaboration & InnovationPartner with cross-functional teams (creative, content, analytics, SEO/SEM) to align paid social with broader digital campaigns.Stay updated with Facebook Ads best practices, platform updates, and algorithm changes.Explore opportunities across other paid social platforms (Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network, Threads, etc.).
