Key Requirement for the PositionQualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years in PPC/SEM campaign management with a focus on Google Ads.Certifications: Google Ads Certification (Search/Display/Video/App) preferred.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking setups.Strong knowledge of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and remarketing.Familiarity with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution models.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and internal reporting.Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.

Campaign ManagementPlan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and App campaigns.Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to ensure effective campaign setup.Implement ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budget pacing to maximize performance.Optimization & Performance TrackingContinuously monitor campaigns to ensure delivery against performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).Optimize bids, ad copy, keywords, targeting, and landing pages for improved results.Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to identify high-performing variations.Analytics & ReportingTrack, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and Google Ads feature updates.Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with internal teams (SEO, Creative, Ad Ops) to align PPC strategies with overall digital marketing objectives.Communicate campaign performance and strategy updates to clients or stakeholders.Contribute to media planning and forecasting for paid search campaigns.
