Role & responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven SEM/PPC Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging both traditional and AI-powered advertising solutions to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other key platforms.

Manage and scale campaigns leveraging AI-powered ad solutions such as Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, Dynamic Search Ads (DSA), and automated audience expansion tools.

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other advanced reporting tools.

Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance forecasting to maximize ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, content, product) to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, beta product launches, and new advertising features to integrate cutting-edge strategies.

Oversee budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies across multiple accounts and platforms.

Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SEM/PPC experience in managing high-budget, performance-driven campaigns.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.

Proven track record with AI-driven advertising tools (e.g., Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, DSA).

Google Ads Certification is mandatory; Meta Blueprint Certification or other multi-channel certifications are a strong plus.

Prior experience working with e-commerce platforms is a Plus.

Exposure to beta product testing, early adoption of new ad features, or award-winning campaigns is highly desirable.

Background in a digital marketing agency with multi-client, multi-platform exposure is an added advantage.

Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
