This role needs to support digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, handling everything from strategy through execution, budget management, keyword analysis, and ongoing optimization. Manage our social media presence: creating basic graphics, coordinating with internal stakeholders for visual content (video, photos), liaising with agencies for advanced creatives, and ensuring active engagement. Regular campaign reporting and ROI tracking are core.
- Assist in strategy, setup, and execution of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing. - Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, duration, and performance closely. - Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and cost-efficiency. - Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports highlighting KPIs and ROI.
- Plan and maintain content calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create basic creatives (images, carousels), coordinate with agencies for advanced content. - Work with internal teams to collect photos/video from events, centres, activities. - Schedule posts, monitor engagement and respond to community comments.
- Track performance metrics in Google Analytics, platform dashboards, or Excel/BI tools.
- Provide management-ready reports on ad spend effectiveness, ROI, and suggestions. - Extract insights and recommend strategy pivots or scaling opportunities.
- Work with internal teams (sales, events, product) to source visual assets.
- Liaise with the creative agency for content delivery. - Participate in weekly reviews and campaign strategy sessions.
