You’ll play a crucial role in increasing app installs, generating leads, and driving revenue from online astrology services. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, affiliates, etc.) Monitor and optimize performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CPL, and CTR Collaborate with creative teams to build ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions Conduct A/B testing across ad copies, landing pages, and creatives Analyze data and performance reports to extract actionable insights Allocate and manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI Manage retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve user retention Collaborate with the product and tech teams to track user behavior and improve funnels Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates Optimize App Store (ASO) and Play Store presence to boost organic installs Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C or app-based environment Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, or Firebase Experience with marketing automation, retargeting, and funnel optimization Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, or Data Studio Excellent communication and project management skills Passion for astrology/wellness domain is a plus Good to Have: Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships Knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies Experience in managing marketplace listings or e-commerce integrations Worked with astrology or spiritual platforms
