We're seeking a Performance Marketer with proven experience taking brands from conception to market success. You'll be responsible for creating strategies to achieve measurable results, such as clicks or sales, through targeted advertising campaigns, using data to continually optimize and improve campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Strategic Foundation Building Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new brand launches Establish performance marketing frameworks from scratch, including KPI definition and measurement systems Build and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels Create scalable acquisition strategies that can grow with the brand Campaign Management & Optimization Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms Implement A/B testing frameworks for ad creative, landing pages, and conversion optimization Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS Develop attribution models to track customer journey and campaign effectiveness Data Analytics & Insights Set up comprehensive tracking and analytics infrastructure Analyze campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities Create detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders Use data to inform creative direction and channel strategy decisions Brand Development Support Collaborate with creative teams to develop performance-driven brand messaging Test and validate brand positioning through performance marketing campaigns Identify and develop unique value propositions that resonate with target audiences Required Experience & Skills 0-to-1 Experience 3-5 years of performance marketing experience with at least 2 successful 0-to-1 brand launches Experience building marketing operations from the ground up Proven track record of scaling brands from initial launch to significant revenue milestones Experience working in startup or early-stage company environments Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and attribution tools Knowledge of conversion rate optimization tools and methodologies Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Strategic Capabilities Ability to develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies Experience with market research and competitor analysis Understanding of product-market fit validation through marketing channels Knowledge of various pricing models and promotional strategies Success Metrics Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) optimization Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) improvement Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) or revenue growth Conversion rate improvements across the funnel Brand awareness and market penetration metrics Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
