Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhandarli, Mumbra-Panvel Road, Shil, for a Fabrication Manager. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sheet metal fabrication production processes, ensuring quality control, overseeing welding activities, supervising team members, and driving efficient operations management. The Fabrication Manager will ensure that projects meet production timelines and maintain high-quality standards while optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supervisory Skills for leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control practices to ensure products meet established standards.
• Expertise in Production Management and Operations Management to oversee efficient workflows and project timelines.
• Experience in Welding and understanding of fabrication processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure precise implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the car parking fabrication industry, PEB or engineering sector is an advantage.
