Key Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.

Monitor production output and maintain records of materials and equipment.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and company standards.

Inspect equipment and schedule regular maintenance to prevent downtime and maintain product quality.

Material & Inventory Management:

Manage the inventory of raw materials and supplies needed for fabrication.

Order necessary materials, ensuring they are available for production.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all fabrication processes comply with industry safety regulations and codes.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the fabrication area.

Process Optimization & Technical Oversight:

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with design and engineering to determine the best fabrication methods for projects.

Budget & Cost Management:

Develop and manage budgets for fabrication activities.

Monitor and control expenses to ensure production remains cost-effective without compromising quality or safety.

Communication & Coordination:
