Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee welding operations, including MIG WELDING techniques, to ensure compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fabrication processes, execute customer drawings efficiently
Expertise in manpower handling so output is achieved within time-study

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in heavy fabrication management or a related field.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
Strong knowledge of structural fabrication, welding, and heavy fabrication processes.

Experience with SS/MS, structural fabrication of containers, dumper bodies etc.

Must be able to arrange skilled manpower and coordinate output for stage-wise manufacturing
