Job description: Job Purpose: To drive growth and profitability by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and enhancing organizational visibility. The role ensures consistent achievement of sales and strategic objectives while upholding the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. Track progress against KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management. Identify and implement improvements in business development processes to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Production, and Projects) for seamless client delivery. Maintain structured pipelines and CRM systems for accurate forecasting. Maintain a professional, client-focused approach by delivering timely support, strengthening trust, and upholding service excellence to build long-term relationships and mutual recognition. Represent Elevate Parking Systems LLP in industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms. Gather client feedback and ensure concerns are addressed proactively. Research and analyse emerging markets, competitors, and industry trends. Explore opportunities in Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects in metro markets. Create partnerships and alliances that enhance business reach. Continuously track industry trends, explore new markets and opportunities, and contribute innovative ideas for process, product, and business growth aligned with company goals. Ensure strict implementation with quality standards, workplace safety protocols and adherence to all company policies across operations. Key Skills / Competencies: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability in client relationship management. Analytical mindset with market research and competitive analysis skills. High motivation, adaptability, and result orientation. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
