Looking for a responsible and exp person to manage customer and agent coordination, order processing, dispatch, & payment follow-up.Interact with customers and sales agents across India.Coordinate delivery through transporters.Follow up for payments Required Candidate profile Maintain records of orders, dispatch, and receivables Travel to existing and new markets for business development and customer visits

Key Responsibilities: Handle buyer communications and understand their product requirements. Coordinate with design, production, and sourcing teams to develop and execute samples. Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and manage order confirmations. Track orders from development to delivery, ensuring timely execution. Monitor quality and conduct pre-production and shipment inspections. Liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure timely procurement. Follow up with production teams to maintain timelines and resolve bottlenecks. Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendars for all orders. Handle documentation related to exports, logistics, and compliance.

Experience working on full production cycle. coordinating between design, merchandising, vendors, and factories to ensure timely, high-quality order completion and adherence to specifications.

Should be well versed with all aspects of Costings, order finalization,and Sampling issues, tracking on time delivery Sampling & Sourcing. Monitoring ability of the various processes in sampling.Knowledge of fabric technical side and different wash. Required Candidate profile candidate should have good knowledge of garment construction, production processes, laundry processes & embroidery processes etc.Should have degree/diploma in Fashion from a reputed institute.
