F&A Ops Processing Senior Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contract and vendor management planning, including tracking and updating contract inventory pipeline, assisting with due diligence risk assessments, and working with contract owners in preparation of Rfx. You will also need to understand the vendor landscape and their capabilities, handle contract approvals and administration, and ensure CMDB/vendor performance. Additionally, you will assist with annual risk attestations, vendor performance in accordance with SLAs, and reporting and analysis of contracts and spending. Key Responsibilities: - Track and update contract inventory pipeline - Assist with Due Diligence risk assessments - Work with contract owners in preparation of Rfx - Understand the vendor landscape and their capabilities - Handle contract approvals and administration - Initiate and track Purchase Orders - Ensure vendors perform in accordance with SLAs and other performance metrics - Generate and provide reports on pipeline of contracts - Partner with Finance to ensure all contract spend is budgeted/captured - Create PO requisition and track its approval - Should have networking technology related experience like LAN, WAN, ISDN, etc. - Deal with Telecommunication/Network OEM, suppliers like Bharti Airtel, Reliance, Cisco etc. - Product related experience like Cisco products, Routers, Switches, MPLS - Manage post-purchase contract services & maintenance, SLAs, and supplier performance - Follow-up on Network Risk Assessments with internal departments - Understand the end-to-end process flow of how requests come in and get closed Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work in ambiguous situations while still driving KPIs - Work effectively with cross-functional teams - Deadline driven with excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of share point automation is advantageous - Strong ability to multi-task Role Overview: You will be responsible for contract and vendor management planning, including tracking and updating contract inventory pipeline, assisting with due diligence risk assessments, and working with contract owners in preparation of Rfx.
