The Team Lead will provide overall leadership and direction for project implementation in the state. The role includes coordinating with government departments, district-level institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities. The Team Lead will oversee preparation of work plans, budgets, and progress reports, while ensuring that milestones and outcomes are achieved within timelines. The position also involves supervising specialists and consultants, providing policy inputs, and guiding institutional reforms to strengthen the MSME ecosystem.
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing development projects including experience in MSME ecosystem development
At least minimum 3 years in experience in programme implementation in a leadership role.
Preferred work experience in the State; in managing and leading government programmes.
Education : Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Management / Economics/ Finance / CA / Banking from a recognized Institute.
