Job Description

Role & Role Definition: Responsible to develop overseas business. To develop B2B Sales in the Food, Beverages & Nutraceuticals Manufacturing Industries in select overseas markets(APAC, Middle-East, etc.). Job-Description(Tasks & Activities): Sales & Marketing, Lead Generation, Prospecting, Business Development, Lead engagement & relationship building, Customer Relationship building, Closing sales, etc. Optimum opportunity follow-ups & ensuring active engagement. Finding pain-points, problem areas and focusing on solution-orientation in a win-win way & closing the opportunity. Organized with the entire sales-cycle & documenting, in CRM. Suggestions on up-dation of SOPs on a regular basis and observing the same. Researching & Identifying new opportunities, cold-calling with the potential lead to reach qualifying stage. Identify influencers, opinion leaders, etc., build relationship and follow the sales-cycle. Collaborate & coordinate with internal teams to align on samples, dispatches, lead priorities, updates and communication. Organize: Maintain records, history in CRM, email communication and digital assets. Set Goals, develop action plans & take initiatives. Skills : Excellent communication skills & fluency with spoken English. Good skills with effective writing and email etiquettes. Very good Interpersonal skills, ability to create rapport, trust and maintain strong relationships with the key-persons/ customers. Engagement skills, listening, effective questioning. Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills. Persistent & Resilience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Learning & Grasping Skills: ability to quickly acquire product knowledge. Flexible & Adaptable. Ideal Candidate Profile: Core Salesperson with 10+ years experience of active sales preferably in the F&B ingredient market & proven track record of business development in overseas markets. Extremely proactive in handling opportunity communication, follow-ups, engagement, problem-solving, etc., up-to closing leads. Willing to travel in required countries for exhibitions, personal meets, etc. Academic background in F&B is preferable: a food technologist or food science. Should be an initiative taker & have fire to give outcomes, targets & beyond. Physically fit & non-smoker. Stationed in Ahmedabad. Reports to Co-Founder Job Type: Full-time, WFO(Work from Office), will require travel overseas. Job Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad 380009.
