Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities

    ):

  2. Technical Sales, Product application support, Customer Relationship building, etc.

  3. Lead Generation, Engagement & Relationship building.
  4. Regular f2f meets with leads, opportunities & customers.
  5. Optimum opportunity follow-ups & ensuring active engagement. Finding NPDs(needs, problems & desires) and finding solutions in a win-win way & closing the opportunity.
  6. Organized with the entire sales-cycle & documenting, in CRM.
  7. Suggestions on updation of SOPs on a regular basis and observing the same.
  8. Identify new sales opportunities passing to marketing team OR cold-calling with the potential lead to reach qualifying stage.
  9. Identify influencers, opinion leaders, etc., and follow the sales-cycle.
  10. Collaborate & coordinate with internal teams to align on lead priorities, updates and communication.
  11. Manage CRM, email communication and digital assets.
  12. Organize and maintain records.
  13. Key Skills Required

    :
  14. Excellent communication skills & fluency with spoken English.
  15. Good skills with effective writing and email etiquettes.
  16. Very good Interpersonal skills, ability to create rapport, trust and maintain strong relationships with the key-persons/ customers.
  17. Listening, effective questioning & engagement skills.
  18. Selling, Presentation & Negotiation skills.
  19. Persistent & Resilience.
  20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  21. Learning & Grasping Skills: ability to quickly acquire product knowledge.
  22. Set Goals and develop action plans. Initiative taker.
  23. Flexible & Adaptable.
  24. Ideal Candidate Profile:

  25. Core Salesperson with 10-15 years experience of active sales in the Food Ingredients market & proven track record of B2B sales in India.
  26. Academic background in food processing is preferable: a food technologist or food science.
  27. Extremely proactive, handle opportunity communication, follow-ups, engagement, problem-solving, etc., up-to closing leads.
  28. Should be an initiative taker & have fire to give outcomes, targets & beyond.
  29. Physically fit & non-smoker.
  30. Stationed in Ahmedabad.
  31. Age: Preferably 30-40 yrs, but not more than 45.
  32. Reports to

    Co-Founder
  33. Job Type: Full-time, WFO(Work from Office), requires frequent travel.
  34. Job Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad 380009.
  35. Remuneration

    : If the candidate is identified as a good match, 10-20% hike from the existing remuneration.
