Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing export sales and marketing strategies, such as creating plans to enter new international markets and forming partnerships to expand global reach. This also involves managing international marketing campaigns tailored to different regions.
  • Business development and client relationship management, which includes identifying potential international customers, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and negotiating contracts.
  • Managing export operations and compliance, involving the coordination of shipping, documentation, and customs clearance, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and laws, and overseeing necessary product licenses and approvals. Monitoring international regulations is also part of this responsibility.
  • Market analysis and reporting, which requires conducting market research to find new export opportunities and analyze trends. The manager provides reports to senior management on export performance and market challenges and tracks sales metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, working with internal departments like production, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service. Collaboration with product development teams is also necessary to align products with international market needs.

· Requirements and qualifications

· Typical requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the solar industry who have minimum 1-3 years’ experience for selling Solar Modules, Inverters & batteries in international market. Essential qualifications include in-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are also important. The role may require international travel sometimes, English language proficiency and familiarity with international business practices are beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
