RADICI PLASTICS INDIA PVT LTD is the Indian Company of High-Performance Polymers Business Unit, one of the world's leading producers of engineering plastics with a global presence across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. As the Export Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in international markets. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with overseas clients, and achieving export sales targets to drive profitability. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager of Radici Plastics India, your key responsibilities will involve: - Ensuring the successful execution of the export sales plan and budget - Developing and nurturing markets in Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia to maintain the company's presence - Identifying and cultivating overseas customers to facilitate the export of EP products - Growing market share in export markets, meeting sales targets, and maximizing Net Price Realization (NPR) - Providing high-quality services to international customers and managing overseas dealers effectively - Securing product approvals from customers, exploring new applications, and supporting Quality Assurance in addressing customer complaints - Collaborating with customers on new product development initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Ensuring policy compliance by international agents, managing export documentation, and ensuring statutory compliance - Enhancing profitability through tailored product solutions and applications to optimize NPR - Monitoring customer industries, tracking market trends, and analyzing export market segments - Identifying strategic Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in target segments for business growth In addition to the above responsibilities, the following technical knowledge and skills are required for this role: - Customer Focus - Achievement Orientation, Planning, and Execution - Analysis and Problem-Solving - Market knowledge and experience, preferably in the plastic sector - Market analysis skills, including mathematical and statistical proficiency - Proficiency in Windows programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Job Requirements: - B Tech Polymer/Chemical degree or Bachelor's degree in Business/Technical field - Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in similar roles - Experience in Compounding, Polymerization, and Chemical processes - Familiarity with Engineering Plastic applications and Industrial markets - Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication with the Global team This challenging role is based in Gurgaon and offers an exciting opportunity to drive the company's growth in international markets.,
