Job Summary

  • Sales Strategy and Market Development:

  • Identify and research potential new international markets for the company's products.
  • Develop and execute strategic export sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to inform business strategies.
  • Business Development and Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international customers.
  • Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products.
  • Export Operations and Compliance:

  • Oversee the entire export process, from order inquiry to shipment and delivery.
  • Ensure all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and regulatory paperwork, is accurate and compliant with international trade laws.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on export sales performance and market insights.
  • Monitor profitability and revenue against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
