Job Description

We’re Hiring: Export Sales Manager – Tileswale Group

:

3+ years in Ceramic Industry

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies.
  • Explore and expand into new international markets.
  • Lead and mentor the export sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client & distributor relationships worldwide.
  • Oversee CRM updates, reporting & performance tracking.
  • Ensure smooth export documentation, logistics & compliance.
  • Represent Floormonk at global trade fairs & events.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in export sales/management (tiles/ceramics preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms & documentation.
  • Proven track record of achieving global sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
