Our accomplished team of specialists excels in "Product Sourcing" to meet client needs and uphold local values. We have established a strong presence in both national and international markets, dealing in a wide range of products and turnkey project solutions, including machinery, engineering goods, and industrial transmission products.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets

• Handle inquiries from overseas clients and convert them into long-term business

• Generate export sales through distributors, agents, and direct customers

• Maintain regular communication with global clients on product updates & shipments

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions

• Prepare export quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for on-time delivery

• Ensure compliance with export policies, customs rules & international trade regulations

• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs

• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions & business visits (if applicable)

• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual export sales targets

• Maintain sales records and submit MIS / sales reports regularly



Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2–5+ years experience in export / international sales (depending on role)

• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, LC, and international trade norms

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport with international clients

• Willingness to travel internationally (if required)

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

  • • Familiarity with global markets (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, etc.) is a plus
