Export Sales Head

You should have a comprehensive understanding of various countries" shipments such as Dubai, US, Jakarta, etc. It is essential to analyze the market in the specified target countries, recognize new markets, and monitor market trends and competitors. Your responsibilities will include developing new business accounts, creating sales plans, and executing marketing campaigns effectively. Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction will be a crucial aspect of your role. Negotiating sales terms, finalizing deals with clients, organizing necessary licenses, and legal documentation for the products are part of your duties. You will also manage orders, contracts, and export documents efficiently. Problem-solving skills related to exports and preparing proposals and presentations to showcase the organization's value proposition are essential. Attending trade shows and conferences to represent the firm and attract new customers is also a part of this role. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a maximum of 12 years of experience in export sales or marketing, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field is a mandatory qualification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or marketing is required, with a strong knowledge of the steel market, products, specifications, and standards.
